Let us support you through a series of one-on-one classes. Learn more if yoga therapy aligns with your needs by scheduling a 20 minute complimentary video chat. 

THE PROCESS

STEP 1

Schedule your complimentary call where we'll discuss yoga therapy and how it can support your wellness goals. If you'd like to move forward with an in person evaluation session, I'll send you a follow up email with your first intake form, and a link to schedule your session.

STEP 2

Complete your intake form and schedule your first session. It is complimentary, as I want to learn more about you, and receive a thorough understanding of where you are from the physical to the subtle realms. 

STEP 3

After we meet in person, you'll have an option to book further sessions with me that entail further intake, and where I'll provide more in depth practices/techniques to support your health goals. You can either book a series or a la carte sessions.

Healing yoga therapy

Six Session Series 

Six Session Series are customized to your personal health and wellness goals. These sessions are 60 minutes in duration and are conducted either online or in the studio.

Holistic healing practices

A La Carte

 

A La Carte Sessions are for previous clients in need of a single session for tune up or anything that has arisen to be addressed.
